    I highly recommend that all attendees plan the 5 minutes out of their conference to help this very worthy cause. It won't cost you anything, it doesn't hurt and you could save a life.

    I was actually surprised how FEW signed up. I thought it'd be in the thousands. :-(

      I am guessing most people get scarred the process, which if you are a match, can require significant personal commitment.

          Not so much anymore. The harvesting is now similar to giving blood. Not much pain, no recovery time needed. As with most things we love, technology has made it better, faster, more convenient and effective.
