    Is it possible to complete the examination (with enough time for grading) within an hour? (I have to be on a bus at 3pm.)

        Shouldn't be a problem. If I were you, I'd show up early so you can register as soon as we're open---and let the examiners in the hallway know you have to be on a bus. But the Tech exam usually takes people about 20-30 minutes (some less, some more) and it takes just a few minutes to grade, *especially* early (when you don't have to wait in line for a grading team).
