Out of all the little post spammers, mfreeck and I were the only ones trying to actually stick anywhere near and dear to the thread... skroo has power issues (not him, his mac).. it's hardware, duh!
if it gets me nowhere, I'll go there proud; and I'm gonna go there free.

          Does that make us off-topic?

Yet another rocket scientist in our midst.

Son, I make my living building and working with Linux, Windows, Solaris, and AIX-based networks. Had you actually bothered to read what I wrote, you'd probably have figured this out by now. You'd also know that until I can get some more work done on the box, it's all a moot point. But if you want to continue to make yourself look like a jackass, feel free.

i have something you might like

              skroo

I have a Mac hardware technician's CD that I could ISO up and FTP to a location of your choice.

It's all the repair manuals that the actual folks at Apple use when repairing stuff and it goes back to like almost day 1. The content on this CD could be compared to an electronic version of the shop manuals that mechanics at a auto dealer use.

Drop me an email or something if your interested. I would be happy to send it your way.

shh, that is something apple wouldn't want to read, those cds don't come cheap from apple, even the older ones... :/

                    tabling the discussion

                    Hey,

In an attempt to squelch what was clearly a mistake on my part by posting messages that dealt with DMCA and intellectual property issues I need to clear something up.

                    First to answer your question.

It's recent enough to include the G4 and old enough to include 68K stuff.

But I need to follow that up with this statement and please take no offense.

If you were asking the question in an attempt to determine whether or not to ask me for a copy......Don't bother. The DC Forums are clearly not a warez distro center and I'm not going to disrespect DT or any of the mods by filling requests through these channels.

Anyway...I read some of your posts further back in this thread and you were dissing on the Mac. Why would you want a Mac service persons CD. Like Skroo said...moot point.

Skroo send me some email if you want to take this any further.
