Okay, watched the whole video, So far I have "lay down your tracks," stop animation and dancing chickens as hints. The cassette tape provided would have 4 tracks two for A side and two for B. separated as left and right. I also see the thumbnail shows the artist with tracks around his head, a lanyard with tracks would be similar.

The A side and B side tracks pairs would read like this i believe.

Hints provided so far. LoST only provided one side of the lanyard as a scan. 4x4 video, twin video/double digits. and a track laiden video. and a comment on 74rku5's post.

just gonna throw some stuff out there, 4 major groups of 4 groups of double digits in a track format. so 32 total double digit items? its gonna take me a while to digitally cut this apart.

More hints will start flowing from the FONT of knowledge tomorrow after DEF CON officially starts....

hmm. okay, I think you're either talking about the 4x4 thing, fonts, or "lost between (number) bases", since G00DN3WS said it and it's your location, LosT. Or some combination of those... :)

If the runes are a font, then there's probably another hint around here as to what font it is.

i thought the same thing about the A and B side of the tape - like if you image the lanyard is a tape and split the symbols in half maybe ... read one set one way and one set the other way ... i dunno i've never done this before xD

Well I saw the intro video. I can see that the lanyard is mirrored on the horizontal middle out. I'm convinced that there is an ip address or url hidden. i'm not sure how to apply occams razor here?

I'm stuck on the "flowing from the FONT of knowledge," and when DEFCON officially starts. I'm not sure yet what changed. I'm pretty sure that Lo27 is refering heavily to the number *28* when saying double digit. maybe something is base 28? this could be the between bases? between 16 and 64?

Is the font of knowledge the info booth discord room?

Is there a discord room that people are talking about this? I may start delving in to the music tracks. Maybe the music was made with data signals that can be interpreted? audacity and URH maybe?

So I'm sure this has been noted already but wouldn't it makes sense for there to be 8 tracks (4X4) given that the uber badge is on a 8 track and Lost mentions that in the video. So split the symbols in half down the middle on each side?

Still stuck on this. Just having issues with the order of the characters. Tried decoding the beautiful poem by LosT, but I'm pretty sure I missed part of it. Been having a blast doing this challenge though. It has definitely made the last week more interesting. I'll attach some of my older notes so that I don't spoil anything Major for anyone.

Definitely not the only one, haha. I was convinced it was one of, like, four or five other solutions. Even wrote some programs to brute force them and scoured through the results.
Learned some fun stuff along the way though. :P
