I'd be up for working on it together, kind of a DEF CON noob myself but more than willing to experiment, I am attending virtually as well.

Check out the contact info at https://shop.defcon.org/ and let them know what happened. There are indications there will be spare key-caps at the con, but other pieces are unknown at this point.

Hi Just got my badge today. It looks great however the J3 connector pin was not soldered in and a small piece of plastic I found in the bubble wrap. Not sure where to contact but in discord it was mentioned to post it in here. Thanks!

I just got in. It sliced fine (PrusaSlicer) and is now printing. Gonna take 2 hours and some minutes to print. I'll post a photo when it finishes.

Thanks for letting me know - I'm not super familiar with the OnShape thing - but clearly the Thingiverse distribution is a better idea!

I noticed that OnShape is defaulting to exporting in meters instead of mm ... I don't know why because the project is set to mm. It should be pretty close to 72-73mm. Let me see if I can fix the link for editing.
I exported the STL and put it on Thingiverse to try and address the slicing issues. Cura 4.8.0 didn't have any issues with it?

I tried downloading a .stl file for this, but for some reason the dimensions are really wonky. I've tried both PrusaSlicer and Cura. PS will slice it if I blow it way up, but Cura just refuses and generates errors.

Can you please tell me what the max dimension on the X axis is? From your drawing it looks like about 73mm (~2.87") but I can't be sure, and I don't want to print it until I know the size. I want to print this and bring it along with me.

    Thanks.

Those aren't my photo's - sorry didn't mean to make it seem that way. Mine came with the large USB connector already installed on the bottom.
Working...
