Why? You mean you have to sleep early to catch the plane? Personally I have bad time sleeping before taking a plane, I am alwais afraid I am gonna miss it... So I just pass all night awake partying!:D Anyway I'll have plenty of time to recover on the plane!

If defcon last 9 day you probably would not be able to recover + the hotel could probably not recover either ;)

I only can stay till the last day of defcon. After the last spech I have to go. I dont like it but I cant complain when the plane ticket and everything is payed for.:D Except stuff I but at defcon. And a few other things.

PoolCon

for those of you wondering what there is to stay for on Sunday.. let me be humbleish and recomend PoolCon. It happens every year about 2-3 hours after closing ceremonies to give everyone a chance to say "asta" to the suckers leaving right then, until whenever (we have had it last well into Monday in years past)... we all relax in the pool, talk, drink, ad enjoy the company. You do get to learn a lot talking to everyone in a much more laid back atmosphere... keep in mind the Goons have much to say/teach/explain and a lot of time Sunday is the only time they really have to do it. I would almost bet that you learn as much in the pool as you would in almost any talk... plus it is nice to take some time out and buy them a drink for all the ass that they busted for us throught the weekend just so we can have a good time... so bring all the Vitiman A* and sun screen you can find and join us at the pool on Sunday... we will be the people already starting to sunburn shouting "POOLCON"

I have to agree. I met Siviak on Sunday night last year, and that was the best night of the entire con!

I have to agree.. Sunday night was my favorite night for the con. I made sure to get a flight that does not leave until Monday afternoon this time.. I think I was still a bit drunk when we flew out at 7am on Monday last year. I remember my shoes still being warm when the alarm went off and I had to put them back on to leave.. :p
