If you have the time it might be usefull to just save all your files to cd or dvd then redo windows. Especialy if you have a cd that came with a auto redo thing. That way there is no way they could put spyware on and remember to lock out your station when you leave.

i use SpyBot because it is the only one that will not automaticaly kill my AutoCad Copy protection pluggins.....
