Terry's doctors say she has about a week till she dies from starvation.
It would've been much easier if her husband petitioned the courts for a divorce. Then her parents could have assumed the responsibility of Terry's care.

I truely believe that her husband does not want her to get rehabilitated, because of what she could tell authorities. Beat his wife, collect insurance money, live a happy life.

All doctors involed support Eugenics. This guy went out and found only doctors and hospitals that firmly believe in killing off non perfect people. Hell, he doesn't even have her in a hospital that heals people, he checked her into a place for the terminally ill. Think about that one.

These Eugenics people are really fucked. I'll use a defcon case in point: Everyone remeber the guy cruising in his wheel chair at con? The guy got around fine, and was even working the lockpick contest. I don't know how he got in his preset condition (accident, illness or brith) but regardless, he works with what he's got and in my book, is just as good as anyone else. According to eugenics peple, he should be put to death because he's not perfectly functioning lifeform, and is mucking up the genepool and is a burden on society.

      Fuck that shit.

He wants Terry's life insurance policy and the $750,000 after she dies.

Jeb has made them put her feeding tube back in as of about 12 hours ago:

Its nice to see that the senate and politians got involved and actually helped with something for once.

Eugenics is a bunch of crap. The thing with it is, if you look at alot of these people's bloodlines, they would statiscally HAVE to have someone disabled somewhere in their background. That would make nearly everyone not pure human by their standards.
          The dude abides.

Not only that, but they moved Terry to a real hospital, not a hospice. She can now get real treatment and care. Nobody goes home from a hospice, you go there to die.

Have you seen the videos? She has been like that since 1990. 1990!

For the record, if I am like that for 13 years, kill me.

Let's not forget though, she's been denied ALL rehabilitation.

A person should be given every reasonable chance to live a normal life with the dice roll life gives them. It one thing to try everything and fail, because there was an effort. It's entirely another thing to give up without trying.

People arn't supposed to be a disposable consumer item.

It's why I can't stand the people who advocate abortion and oppose the death penalty (simultaniously).

Then again, we live in a socieity where a women wasn't brought up on murder charges because after giving birth, the cord was still attached. I dare somebody to try to justify that one to me.

Think about what was done. The legislature can now make a law and the governor sign it and it can be retroactive to before the court decision.

If I steal a car today, but tomorrow they can make car theft legal, and backdate it, so then I am innocent. It used to be that new laws were effective from that date onward.

Imagine the fun for the next election. We can outlaw a ballot after it has been counted correctly!

Ya, but teh court was one guy, playing god. The one problem with the courts is they can over turn anything, but they end up being teh final wrd, with no way to over turn them.

The courts overturn elections constantly, where the people speak, and the court says "no".

I suspect there will be an investigation as to why this judge was so fired up to ignore evidence and kill this women.
