When I buy new tires they charge me to take the old ones. And they always have USED tires for sale. Hmmm.

..And they will try to make you pay for the damn things even if you want to take them. A firend of mine's dad got new tires and wanted the old ones. They still tried to make him pay for the disposal of the tires that he was going to reuse. After throwing a fit, he finally told them he did not want the tires, to put the old ones back on. Needless to say, they decided to wave the charge..

Fuck, the local bottling company, which distributes water in 5 gallons glass carboys, will not sell empty glass containers for that reason. I use them to brew beer, but they swear they are a tool of crime. Of course, they will sell it to you if you buy it full of water.. I guess they don't think meth makers will think to drink the water..

Yup.. the glass ones are just as easy if not easier to come by here. I used to just show up at the place when I was was about to brew past my carboy capacity and pick one up for $5... Now I can only get them full of water, at the low-low price of $20! All in the name of fighting drugs..
