Well we plucked Manuel Noriega out of Panama, otherwise he would not be breaking any laws, since he was the law. This ought to worry people because other countries can have a bounty on a US President. Remember that Slick Willy was wanted for war crimes in Serbia. So what if the other country had the technology to pluck our leader like we can pluck theirs?

The hability to pluk is directly affected by legislation, international law etc. but the fact is the a hacker is not your everyday criminal, criminal activity is not our nature, that is a by-product of development of our skills while confined to a social or economical enviroment that narrow your vision, and shrink the big picture. .. basically you join the "dark side" and keep thinking that you are agains it... it's easy, fast, no rules, no need for sharing, or respond to anyone... the feeling is overwhelming and stremedly addictive. but again, it's not our nature, and we can reason out of there, if we are given the oportunity, and specially if we get to see more of the big picture.
"El griton" got his chance to be reasonable, and I believe at the end he got the picture... doing what needs to be done is our real nature.

erehwon, now you should know better then to call that waste of oxygen a wardriver. That's not what wardrivers do, even if the fucking media can't get it into their heads.
