Add the MP-5/HK94, and G3/HK91 to the list. Hmmm. What about stamped magazines? Or how small steel DC emblem tabs that could be brazed/welded to the weapon of choice?

Challenge coins are great, but noid's right, they don't mean much if anyone can just buy them.

Class type rings would be nice, but would probably be expensive. The bottle opener style of plain steel might be more reasonable, plus the DC emblem could be on the outside of the hand, while the bottle opener could be on the inside.

It's a possible idea for the QC.

Great! Do I have to pimp Chris to get one?

/me rolls eyes. Suppose that would be a "flavor" of challenge coin :)

You know the goons were passing out those ping pong balls last year (to get rid of them really) But if they see you doing cool stuff, or you go above and byond, they can issue one to you, sorta in same fashon as the balls. Maybe a little more selective as there were 4,000 balls to berid!

Is this what was ment by each goon getting 20 coins?

There are those that are considering making Cycling Jersey's with DC logo's sprinkled all over them, coupled with silly cycling shorts...

The question I pose is how many people would wear these, how many people would encourage such silliness....

The second question is: if you could come up with dream DC Shwag, what objects would sport the DC logo that you would fork over hard earned cash for?

Your input may be listened to - your silence will be ignored.

Gawd, no. Just thinking about spandex pants makes me want a pink drink with an umbrella in it... hmm.

I'd buy bandannas, or if it was well done, a bolo tie. I really like my giant DC coffee mug and would buy another, given the chance.

I am still a huge fan of shot glasses, they are always good fun at the local meets. I myself, as far as strange swag go, I wouldn't mind cool lanyards for work, perhaps with some winning slogans on them. I also am always interested in posters, it would be cool to have a poster which I could get to hang up in the room.

                  other stranger stuff
80mm fan guards w/ defcon logo
                  cool backpacks (just not self-destructing)
keychain bottle openers (got one back at 10 and love it)
strange defcon decoder ring (think cracker jacks)
custom glow in the dark defcon pillow case (maybe not)
or perhaps a defcon flag (pirate flag style)

free swag is nice to ;)

I would like to see a Defcon bicycle jersey and shorts, it would give new incentive to lose 50lbs and buy a new DeRosa.

Seriously, I'd like to buy more Defcon lanyards than just the one that comes with the yearly badge.

What is wrong with chains of ball bearings painted black?

Oh ... right. I'll be on my way then.

I wanna see more bags. One laptop 1/2 backpack is not enough.
