I'll admit it... This post is merely to get shwag that I want... I'll fess up. This being said, how many people out there would be into some DC juggling balls... I know i've seen more than a few pairs of jugglers out there, and know a half a dozen or so jugglers personally who go to DC... Are there any on the forums that wish to speak out and scream, cry, and beg for some DC juggling spheres? (i know you're out there....)...

I would throw down in a juggling contest.Originally posted by russHmmmmm..... DA? I've got space in the contest area. :-)
Perhaps have different competitions for drunk vs sober. Or take a shot for every ball you drop.Of course its fully cooked... we had it set on "linen".Comment

And we'll need some ball cozies too...
I have no idea where you could get some stage balls (for throw juggling, they don't bounce when you drop them) festooned with the defcon logos but I would definitely pay for some. Black? :)
I'd love to give CJ a shot if I were to get a hold of some proper equipment to start learning with.
Labyrinth was awesome...cows like candyComment

DA, when you took my contact balls and did a three ball palmspin only to throw them up and do a back of the hand isolation I was seriously rocked.
How about some contact balls with DC logos in the center ? :)
Since people seem to be asking about CJ, if you want to practice, go steal a skiball from your local cheezie kiddie pizzae joint...they are a great size/weight for practice...those toss jugglers who use stage balls, they are a bit 'slower' for learing contact as well...
There is a book out by James Earnest, where he basically takes Michael Moschen's routine and spells it out, step by step...there is also a contact video by a guy named David Pennington- he's not that good, and it's only single ball stuff...the sphere play videos aren't contact 'per se' (to the cj purists anyway)- but still fun to watch.
Contactjuggling.org has a great listing of moves (under the moves section)- videos and breakdowns...totally free site...slow, but free...
If I make it to DC13, anyone up for club passing? Torches? Knives? Bottles? :)
