You mentioned possibly attending theSummit. If you do, first round is on me (the beer tickets were coverd by "hackajar foundation"). And a second cause some camps might not count that!

I've been promised beers and other things before, I dont even keep track.. I drink anything, so I usually find something to drink somewhere. Its easier than hunting down people who owe me one.

Now that you bring it up, I started thinking if you owed me one. I dont think so, hell I dont even have 200 post count, and Im a 5 year attendee.

Free_Beer = (int)Post_Count / 200;

?

If that is the case, Wouldn't astcell get something like 27 beers?

On a related note, I just handed off a small amount of cash to a person who has been so kind as to help me to deliver beer to Chris, Skroo and two other people. This should be enough to keep me "good" with them until I can buy them beer in person, right and proper, the next time I am at DefCon.

The only people that owe me "on the record", as far as I know, are alklloyd and ravyn ... and I haven't heard from ravyn in a while. I'm sure TheCotMan promised me a couple (he is way too generous with the spirits), but I'm sure he'll track down the posts for me (so there is no point in searching ).

I will, however, pledge a beer to hackajar for being the other forum member who refuses to post anything serious. Here's to hoping you don't get hacked again at your talk.

i just checked my old PMs, and i think you have it backwards - it is not i that owe you a beer, but the other way around. but hell, since i don't drink beer, in the interest of promoting world peace (or something) if you do run into me, i'll buy you one anyway.

Open Source Beer

seems fitting for this rather interesting thread. It was a story on slashdot I found completely ammusing, a beer reciepe under an Open Source licence,I however would like "free beer" in any form, favorites are guiness, heinekin, and of course che's custom brewed beers.
