I did this a while back for some old spark plugs I found while cleaning out the garage. These things were from either the late '50s or early '60s, as near as I could tell (I mean, who really offers a warranty on *spark plugs* anymore?), and after dropping the card in an envelope and sending it to the manufacturer's current warranty address, I got a phone call from them telling me that they wouldn't honour the warranty since they hadn't sold those particular plugs since about 1966. I told the guy that it would be OK to go ahead and warranty them because I was planning on using them in a 1965 Corvette, but he wasn't amused by that. The call got a lot worse for him from that point. -
Wow just comes to show how most theifs are completely IDIOTS! I wonder if he was getting an ID 10 T error. :D
If someone is going to steal any type of PC, at least format the drive good, and DONT call tech support for anything. LOLRed SquirrelComment
