I managed to make it out to one la meeting a while back, but that was before I had a clue who anyone was.

Maybe I'll announce my attendance to an sd2600 meeting and then not show up... Seems to be my pattern lately.

I was supposed to hit toorcon, but the last thing I remember from that weekend was consuming margaritas in oldtown... And I think that was on Saturday.

Wait a minute! What the hell *DID* I do the rest of that weekend?!

Eventually, I'll become an urban legend of some sort. People will talk about that event that G_E showed up at, but no one will actually have been there, they'll just know someone who knows someone whose brother's sister's cousin's girlfriend knows this guy that's going out with this girl who saw G_E pass out at 31 flavors one night.

Ok, everyone, I encourage creating threads for each 2600 meeting. IE: One for LA2600, one for OC2600, one for SD2600. So you can talk about the meets without having to keep indicating which meeting it was. That will also not make this thread 10 pages long ; )

The LA2600 website is up and running (i'm on the box right now)..and we get about 30 - 40+ people a month....pretty wide range of ages and experience too..

The LA meeting this month was a blast, learned something new, met up with some of the people i met @ Defcon. Met some crazy dood who didnt say much. Some dood who we swore we knew each other but couldnt put a finger on it. hehehe

One you will not find in the "Official" list is the Denver (303) 2600-ish meet. We have our differences with emmanuel, and most of us can't get to downtown Denver at 5pm on a Friday evening.

The Denver meetings occur on the 1st Saturday of the month, at 2pm, in front of the Starbucks at 16th Street and Tremont, in downtown Denver.
