I haven't decided what time Im heading over the BBQ site yet, I wont have a vehicle to get there, will have 2 boxes of stuff to lug over there which prevents me from stopping at Sams or a gas station, taxi wait time would be killer. Im thinking about heading over to the site around 3:30ish to catch part of Titanium Chef and begin setup of the area.

If anyone is interested in getting there around this time. Drop me a line and some way to contact you so that we can meet up to head out.

Any locals want to link to a google map of the best/closest place to pickup supplies?
I should be arriving with a decent amount of double IPA homebrew but it might also be good to pickup a couple things like cups/napkins/plates/more beer. Sure google local works but I figured someone on dc-forms knows an insider ToxicBBQ tip.

I was wondering if there was anyway we could get all the teams together before the bbq? I'm hoping we can bulk buy some meat or find out which places will be the best to go to? I'm sure you locals can prolly point us in the right direction...

whoops, i didn't realize we were going to Sam's Club. I would rather not have to buy food prep stuff (knives, apron, etc), drop me a line if you can help me out.

Booze and food is *ALWAYS* appreciated by the Goons.
Just keep it away from CJunkie.. he tends to drink it all for himself.

So I'm just assuming I can help deliver trays of food to the Goons back at the Riv. Anyone know if a gallon thermos jug of white peach sangria would be appreciated by Goons, or would it just torment them with it's alcoholic goodness?

Priest did the same thing with the cookies I baked Saturday morning for the Goons last year. :)

I'll plan on a seperate jug of sangria for the Goons then tomorrow.
