Looks like I need to find room for my Mosin M44 in that case. Those who have never fired one or seen one fired up close, the muzzle flash on these things is damn impressive.

The Mosin gives a big flash? I didn't know. I have a Mosin I got from Big 5 for $74. The thing is still covered in Cosmoline. I'll clean it out and you can shoot it, but bring some extra ammo for yours truly. :>

Yeah man, with the right ammo, you get a flash roughly the size of a 5 gallon bucket in broad daylight, and if kneeling or prone you get a nice slow shockwave in the dirt. Weather I can manage to get mine packed or not, I'll be sure to bring up some ammo for whoever may get theirs out; late 80's Soviet surplus, lead/steel, shoots like a dream, corrosive.

I hope it's not too late. I will be attending my first defcon shoot as well as a friend. Shirt size 3XL if still available. I don't have any guns but I plan to bring some ammo and hopefully I can run it through other's guns as well as share ammo with them
