An email from defconforums@gmail.com has been sent to the forum registered email addresses I have on file, letting them know the above RFI from Pyr0 is online.

I also PM-ed a user that PM-ed me, asking for a forum after the April 1 deadline, giving them the same information to fill out to get their contest or event registered so I can make a forum for it.

All contests, events or social gatherings, returning or not should fill it out.

If you are looking to be a DJ, follow the directions of GreatScott, and if you are working on a party, go the direction of the "Call for Parties."

The RFI from Pyr0 is for contests and events.

One more warning:

In the future, i will sync with Pyr0, and contests or events that are not known will eventually have the forums associated with them closed.

(The existence of forums for contests, events and social gatherings follow the decisions of department heads, staff and goons.)

Reminder...

Last I heard, the RFI for Contests/Events/Social Gatherings under the spaces using resources allocated by Pyr0 are due to close tomorrow (May 25, 2013.)

I've been really busy this week at work. A few contests/events were added over last weekend to the defcne site, and I have not added forums for them.

I will be doing that this weekend, as I'm way too busy at work to get that all done and announced during the week. Sorry for the delays. I know at least two people have PM-ed me about 2 different events. I've replied in PM with this same information.
