Actually, that would be a great idea. We could meet in someones room, or maybe arrange to have a room available to us at a certain time, provided we can agree on one. Let me know and I will look into it.

I agree with the hotel room thing. I was planning on all hyped up on going to the forum meeting, and the people i was staying with about a block from the alexis, didnt want to go, and i was tired from riding a damn greyhound POS bus, and all that crap, and last dc was my first, and i didnt make the most of it, this year I want to meet as many people as I can and shit. So yeah, tell me when, and ill be one of the short 16 year old kids there.

i went to the last forum meet by the pool but i was petty drunk and had a beautiful girl and warm bed back in my room so i ended up leaving before the meeting even started.

someones room sounds like a good plan to me

I think I'm solve this problem by putting up a banner on the table our team grabs so at least you know where I'll be.

Also I will be selling sticker this year, I was also kinda wonder what people would like to see as stickers.

well i wrote out this long thing about what happened last year for me..but it was mostly rambling and my browser screwed up and i lost it...so anyways i feel tha ti missed the main meetup last year and i am looking forward to the meetup this year..i think the time slot was a good time and that it would be nice if the location was more definate this year..

I think the room idea is a killer one... if not for the entire meetup time, at least for an initial meet point; although I doubt the room I get would be large enough to comfortably fit everyone.. (at least not from what I remember from just the tail end of last years meetup

I lucked out last year, as my part in the DCX Scavenger Hunt introduced me to a lot of people in some memorable ways.

I did not have a table but I did have a suitcase full, I have been told I can make money but I am too into the fun. I wanted to come home with just as much swag but alas it was not to be. I think I did drink my weight in alcohol however.
