        Ok, I have decided on grilling up some carne asada and maybe making some ceviche(made some tonite and damm was it good). But the carene asada is definate and should be quick to cook after it is done my weber and mesquite will be availible to who ever needs it.
        If there is a Church of WiFi, then this is it's !

            I will gladly pay you Tuesday for some ceviche today. Seriously, I am happy to trade some baby-backs for some ceviche. Can't get 'nuf of the stuff.

                    I plan on bringing some Korean Bul Kogi, possibly some kalbi too....

                    I hope it travels well.....a cooler with ice should make the drive....

                                ok, so this thing starts at 1800. Anyone know anything about park lighting, I mean obviously we will have BBQ light, but any other lights thru the park? anyone been to the park at night and knw what it looks like? Just curios.

                                        i'm still gonna try to get to vegas to scope things out before con.... maybe next weekend.... i'll have updates then.

                                        will look for lighting, # of bbq sites, parking availability, proximity to food sources, etc.
