A big FUCK YOU to the funny guy who almost lost teeth for calling the lovely lady with me at the pool a "slut" and walking away. If I hadn't been so intent on showing that lady a good time you would have spent the rest of your Defcon experience in the desert. That was my wife.

I wonder if this was the same assclown who insulted me at pool one, he had been chucking beercans at people then decided to call me a dyke.

I sent a few goons to have a chat with him. I would have taken a pic of him to post as a warning to others but my camera had already been stolen.

Next year we should start a hall of shame for folks like that so we can make sure they will not get in to parties, or ever get laid at con.

Past couple of years i've never thought to put one of these together, i suppose
now's as good a time as any to start.

        Thank yous:

Grifter: for bringing me a long on another fun adventure this year and making my birthday a blast.
Dedhed: being cool, always calm and collected, and also contributing to making my birthday a blast.
DT: for defcon, and all the fun that it and yourself provide each year.
BlackBeetle: thanks for just being so cool in general
Nulltone: for being cool and being a fun spectacle to watch at times. :)
Priest: for kicking ass at kicking ass when needed.
Flea and many of the other security goons: for helping out and taking care of the injured and dying as I came across them. hehe.
Siviak: for your help and donated time with scav hunt and other things, and for your persistance in asking "does this smell like water to you?"
Q Master and Rescue: thanks for some more fun dunk tank staff adventures this year, it was fun
Tipping Point/3Com: Thanks for throwing the most awesome party of BH/DC.
To all those at the Tipping Point party who were under the impression I was
the VP of 3com and kept thanking me for the awesome party: your welcome.
OP & kelsey: thanks for providing a woman's opinion on my shoe and clothes purchasing decisions at BH.
Dan Kaminsky: for being fun to drink with on various occasions and giving a kick ass Black Ops Talk.
Humperdink: for being another fun guy to drink with, and convincing me we should kick up the tab at the tipping point party as much as possible. from the numbers I got after, I'd say we and everyone else did a damned good job.
Twinvega, CK, and members of Timmy needs a liver: thanks for providing much amusement, being great sports about much of the hunt, especially vega with my persistant teasing while you were taped to a tree.
ManicVelocity:thanks for attending this year, and always providing a good laugh

There's plenty more people I likely have to thank, but that's all I've got for now.

Back after 4000 miles of travel and dealing with crap that I would'nt want to do again. I would make a list, but I'm way too tired and there's too many, so I'll just hit up the noteables:

Grey Frequency: For seeing me at Defcon, putting up with my shit, the heat, the contests and everything else, and still staying with me through it all.

Deviant: Great as always. Your a true friend

Panthera: Always fun times at con. Thanks for helping me out in a few pinches

Beetle: Thanks for the Wi-Fu and letting me use some of the Shmoo-toys

The Shmoo: For your help before and during con for the contests

Siviak: Don't know what happened, but thanks for all the help you bucket thief

Chris & Thorn: Thanks for the contests and the good times.

Che & Cygnus: Did'nt get to hang out as much as I'd liked to, but lawncon was fun as usual.

There's alot more, but I'm exhausted. More will be posted later I'm sure, but for now, thats what's floated to the surface. Sorry if anyone feels left out, your not forgotten, it's just all a blur

Holy crap, I can't believe I forgot to mention one person.

I never got his name, but Many thanks to the goon who repaired my laptop on Saturday! And thank you to Chris for teling me to let him try fixing it.

I think it got heatstroke and decided not to boot anymore right before the contests leaving me pretty well screwed. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I gave it over and he worked is silicon-fu on it and now it's booting and working quite nicely again.

I owe him many a beer for that one.

If I had a nickle for every time someone offered me ten cents to keep my two cents to myself... I would be a rich man.
