we will pump you with caffeine and liquor, you will have no choice but to never enter true sleep until defcon pauses for another year.... this is known as defcon-hibernation... though if you do pass out, don't do it in a public place at the ap... you will wake up covered in sharpie ownage symbols and have been photographed and posted on defconpics.org :)

though explaining to cow-orkers what "b 3 n w 0" means and why it is written on your forehead and why you can't get it off could be a little... well embarrasing.

Problem is I will probably be the one that is driving the family back from Las Vegas. It's one hell of a long drive. Maybe before we leave LV my family can put me on a roller coaster so I can pueque my guts out. Maybe then I'll be ok.

                  To Grifter,

Great review! Thanks for taking the time to post it. If I may be so bold, you and your wife are great looking kids!:D

Just bring shorts and 1 shirt, and wear the shirts you buy :)

at dc at the ap i usually take 3-4 showers a day... the smoke and sweat just makes you all gritty and nappy real quick... or that could just be me. but for people who are used to being in 60 degree temperature vegas is going to hell and back during august.

Trust me, once you get there you are either going to walk or take a cab. I used to rent cars and drive them to defcon, but after finding a parking (nearly impossbile) at the ap, I didn't want to lose it, so I didn't use it... I rarely leave the AP anyhow since DC is the only reason I am there. This year I am going to try flying in. that should be rather interesting on a few levels...

The bus system there rocks too. You can get from one end to the other end of the strips (old and new) for VERY little change.
