I wouldnt want to intrude on the girls meeting, and because I want to leave Vegas in one piece ;) but if someone kept meeting notes for the rest of us to read during or after DefCon that would be great. I would love to hear actually what women are experiencing in the InfoSec world.

Are females turned off to Infosec because they view the posterchild of security as a grundgy, long haired, adolescent teen, male?
What else can we do to change the societal perception of infosec and hacking?
What are current perceptions on continuing education and college by females in the field.
What common hobbies and interests do we have outside of infosec, that help to advance us in our careers?
Where's the glass ceiling? Does it still exist?
